Front Counter Position Available
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and great with people? We’re looking for a Front Counter Associate to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with print orders
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Write up job orders accurately and ensure clear communication with the production team
- Handle cash, credit card, and invoice transactions
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming front counter area
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (experience with print or graphics a plus, but not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player. Accountability is key
